沼氣發(fā)電機(jī)組試機(jī)前的檢查步調(diào)如下:

　　The inspection steps before the trial operation of the biogas generator set are as follows:

　　1、檢查機(jī)組表面是否清潔清潔;地腳螺帽、飛輪螺釘及其他運(yùn)動機(jī)件螺帽有沒有松動現(xiàn)象，發(fā)現(xiàn)題目及時緊固。

　　1. Check if the surface of the unit is clean and tidy; Check if the anchor nuts, flywheel screws, and other moving parts nuts are loose, and tighten them promptly if any problems are found.

　　2、檢查各部分間隙是否正確，特別應(yīng)仔細(xì)檢查各進(jìn)、排氣門的間隙幾減壓機(jī)構(gòu)間隙是否合適要求。

　　2. Check whether the gaps between each part are correct, especially carefully inspect the gaps between the intake and exhaust valves and the pressure reducing mechanism to ensure that they meet the requirements.

　　3、將各氣缸置于減壓位置，轉(zhuǎn)動曲軸檢聽各缸機(jī)件運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)聲音有沒有異常聲響，曲軸轉(zhuǎn)動是否自如，同時將機(jī)油泵進(jìn)個摩擦面，然后，關(guān)上減壓機(jī)構(gòu)，搖動曲軸。檢查氣缸是否漏氣，如果搖動曲軸時，感觸感染很吃力，表示緊縮正常。

　　3. Place each cylinder in the depressurization position, rotate the crankshaft to check for any abnormal sounds from the operation of the cylinder components and whether the crankshaft rotates freely. At the same time, insert the oil pump into the friction surface, then close the depressurization mechanism and shake the crankshaft. Check if the cylinder is leaking air. If it is difficult to feel the infection when shaking the crankshaft, it indicates that the tightening is normal.

　　4、檢查燃油供給系統(tǒng)的情況:①檢查燃油箱蓋上的通氣孔是否順暢，若孔中有污物應(yīng)清除清潔。加進(jìn)的燃?xì)馐欠窈线m要求的牌號，油量是否充沛，并打開油路開關(guān)。②打開減壓機(jī)構(gòu)搖轉(zhuǎn)曲軸，每個氣知應(yīng)有清脆的暗油聲音，表示崎油良好，若聽到陳油聲不來油、可能油路中有空氣。此時可族松燃?xì)鉃V清器和畸油泵的放氣螺釘，以排除油路中的空氣。③檢查油管及接頭處有沒有漏油現(xiàn)象，發(fā)現(xiàn)題目及時措置解決。

　　4. Check the condition of the fuel supply system: ① Check if the vent hole on the fuel tank cap is smooth, and if there is any dirt in the hole, it should be cleaned. Check if the added gas is of the required grade, if the oil level is sufficient, and turn on the oil circuit switch. ② Turn on the pressure reducing mechanism and rotate the crankshaft. There should be a clear dark oil sound on each gas sensor, indicating good oil quality. If you hear the sound of aged oil, there may be air in the oil circuit. At this time, loosen the air release screws of the gas filter and the abnormal oil pump to eliminate the air in the oil circuit. ③ Check for oil leakage at the tubing and joints, and promptly address any issues found.

　　5、檢查水冷卻系統(tǒng)的情況:①檢查水箱內(nèi)的冷卻水量是否充沛，若水量不足，應(yīng)加足清潔的軟水。②檢查接頭水管有沒有漏水現(xiàn)象，發(fā)現(xiàn)題目及時措置解決。③檢查冷卻水泵的葉輪轉(zhuǎn)動是否靈活，傳動帶松緊是否適當(dāng)。檢查傳動帶松緊，在轉(zhuǎn)動帶中部用手推壓，傳動帶被壓下10~15mm為好。

　　5. Check the condition of the water cooling system: ① Check if the cooling water in the water tank is sufficient. If the water is insufficient, add enough clean soft water. ② Check if there is any leakage in the joint water pipe, and promptly take measures to solve the problem. ③ Check whether the impeller of the cooling water pump rotates flexibly and whether the tension of the drive belt is appropriate. Check the tightness of the drive belt, and push it down by hand in the middle of the rotating belt. It is recommended to press down the drive belt by 10-15mm.

　　6、檢查潤滑系統(tǒng)的情況:①檢查機(jī)油管及管接頭處有沒有漏油現(xiàn)象，發(fā)現(xiàn)題目及時措置解決。②檢查油底殼的機(jī)油量，將曲軸箱旁的量油尺抽出，不雅察機(jī)油面的高度是否合適端方的要求，不然應(yīng)添加機(jī)油，對燃?xì)鈾C(jī)，冬季加8號或11號燃?xì)鈾C(jī)機(jī)油，夏季加14號機(jī)油。如發(fā)現(xiàn)油面高度在端方高度以上時，應(yīng)認(rèn)真闡發(fā)機(jī)油增多的啟事，通常有個方面的事項(xiàng)需要注意:a.加機(jī)油時，加的過量。b,燃?xì)饴┻M(jìn)曲軸箱，將機(jī)油沖稀。c,冷卻水漏進(jìn)機(jī)油中。③需要人工加油的油孔，均應(yīng)加灃機(jī)油做潤滑脂。

　　6. Check the condition of the lubrication system: ① Check for oil leakage at the oil pipes and pipe joints, and promptly address any issues found. ② Check the oil level in the oil pan, pull out the dipstick next to the crankcase, and do not check if the height of the oil level meets the requirements of the end. Otherwise, add oil. For gas engines, add No. 8 or No. 11 gas engine oil in winter and No. 14 oil in summer. If the oil level is found to be above the end height, the notice of increased engine oil should be carefully explained. There are usually two things to pay attention to: a. When adding engine oil, add too much. b, Gas leaks into the crankcase, diluting the engine oil. c, Cooling water leaks into the engine oil. ③ Oil holes that require manual refueling should be lubricated with engine oil.

　　7、檢查起動系統(tǒng)情況:①用點(diǎn)起動燃?xì)鈾C(jī)組:a,先查起動蓄電池電液比重是否在1.240~1.280范圍內(nèi)，若比重小于1.180表明蓄電池電量不足。b.檢查電源電線是否正確。c.檢查蓄電池接線柱上有沒有積污或氧化現(xiàn)象，應(yīng)將其打磨清潔。d.檢查起動電動機(jī)及電磁把持機(jī)構(gòu)等電氣觸電接觸是否良好。

　　7. Check the condition of the starting system: ① Start the gas turbine with a point: a. First, check whether the specific gravity of the starting battery is within the range of 1.240~1.280. If the specific gravity is less than 1.180, it indicates that the battery power is insufficient. b. Check if the power cord is correct. c. Check for dirt or oxidation on the battery terminals, and polish and clean them. d. Check whether the electrical contact of the starter motor and electromagnetic control mechanism is good.
